June Construction Update!

How is it June already? It feels like just yesterday we were looking out over 5th & Peach and saw nothing but dirt and a few pieces of equipment getting ready to dig out a basement. Before I could even wrap my head around the idea of a building containing shops and 32 apartments being built, a building showed up and wrapped around the corner of 5th & Peach.

Here we are today, staring down the first move-in for an apartment resident taking place in just a few days. Can you believe someone will be moving a couch into their brand-new apartment? This isn’t the first time we’ve built a building and immediately started moving apartment residents in, but there’s just something about it that doesn’t get old.

But before we get to that, we need to have some fun running around the building and checking out some apartments! In this update, we’re highlighting a few units and really focusing on the views. I’ll save the surprise for the video, but there’s an apartment you do not want to miss out on seeing.

This might be our last construction update for a little while, so really take it in, okay? I’ll be back with some other vlogs this summer, so stay tuned for some fun content.
