A Night Out at Hazards Mini Golf & Social Pub

Darn that social media. Comfortably sitting on the couch enjoying one of our various shows, I whip out the ‘ol phone and fire up that beautiful blue square. BOOM - Hazards. Live music. Mini golf. Right now. I don’t know how you guys feel when that happens, but I was overcome with a sense of F.O.M.O. (Fear of missing out, for those of you who don’t know). So I call up my dad and see if he’d like to come out with me to check out the new mini golf place and boy… are we glad we did.

The half-way point of the minigolf experience.

Bar with a great selection of beer.

We parked in the garage and enjoyed a quick walk over to the historic Bonnell Building, located at 419 State Street. There’s a nice little lobby with stairs or an elevator. The second floor is home to Hazards, and upon entering, we split to the bar, found our seats, and began taking in the atmosphere. My dad, unsurprisingly, knew some people there, so I was left alone for the foreseeable future. I headed over to the live music, checked out the bar selections, and even glanced at the 18-hole mini golf in the back.

I think the most surprising part to me was the fact that you can order food directly from the Food Hall and have it DELIVERED to your seat at Hazards. (Okay, fine, I knew all about this before I got there. But come on... that is SO COOL.) I placed an order for my pizza at Ippa, the Bianca. After a drink at the bar, my hot pizza arrived. Along with my dad all of a sudden. 🙄😂

We had such a great night and simply cannot wait to get back there again. Make sure you follow them on social media, linked HERE, for updates on deals, specials, events, and more!
