Certainly! Building 1 is located at 22 North Park Row and building 3 is located at 32 North Park Row. They are the same complex but just on different sides of the street.

Depending on availability, a unit may be held for you for up to 3 months with applicable fees and a security deposit. Hold fees are as follows:
1 month = complimentary
2 months = 20% of rent
3 months = 30% of rent
