  • Yes, each unit features an in-room combo washer/dryer.

  • For the most part, yes! The historic nature of the building prevented the use of traditional design where many units are completely identical. Consequently, most of the units are completely unique, featuring slight differences in both size and layout.

  • Utility costs are billed separately from rent and encompass the following services:

    1. High-speed fiber internet access by VNET

    2. Water

    3. Electric

    Each of these utilities is itemized, allowing for transparency in managing and tracking individual consumption and costs.

  • Feel free to park your car in the nearby parking garage owned and operated by the EDDC at a monthly rate of $95. Additionally, the Erie Parking Authority oversees various garages in the vicinity. While metered street parking might not be as popular as garage options, it remains available. Meters operate Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and evenings offering free parking.

  • Absolutely! Furry friends are considered part of the family here. While we don't monitor specific breeds or sizes, please note that our pet policy is limited to dogs and cats. Pet fees are set at $25 per month.

  • Certainly! Building 1 is located at 22 North Park Row and building 3 is located at 32 North Park Row. They are the same complex but just on different sides of the street.

  • Depending on availability, a unit may be held for you for up to 3 months with applicable fees and a security deposit. Hold fees are as follows:

    1 month = complimentary
    2 months = 20% of rent
    3 months = 30% of rent
