We're excited to announce the first ever Great Erie Chili Championship Cook Off to take place at the Flagship City Food Hall during Erie Winter Carnival!

Several local restauranteurs will gather to compete to present their best chili, either traditional or exciting and experimental. On Saturday, February 24, the general public will be able to taste as many chilis as they would like for $5 and vote for their favorite at the Flagship City Food Hall! Three celebrity judges will also score the chilis and the overall winner will receive a trophy, bragging rights, and (most importantly) a $500 cash prize to be awarded on the Perry Square Stage leading up to the Fire Dancing performance at 6:00 pm.
