By submitting this application, you agree that Boutique Nights is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued due to weather. Vendors must arrive and be fully set up by 4:30 PM; the event runs from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and teardown may not begin before 8:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, including tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords, table coverings, and any other materials needed. Electricity access is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Vendor spaces are assigned at the discretion of event organizers. Vendors assume full responsibility for their products, equipment, and belongings, and the event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. All items sold or demonstrated must be pre-approved and align with the event’s theme. Vendors must clean up their space and remove all trash at the end of the event. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without a refund.
